Lost Sierra Artists and Crafters

Rules

I know as artists we are free spirits that don't like rules ....................butttttttttt....here they are:

1. New artists need to send photos of your work, your booth and a short bio.

2. ALL products MUST be handmade by the artists. NO EXCEPTIONS!

3. Artists will staff their booths for the duration of the show. NO EARLY BREAKDOWN!!!!!

4. Artists are responsible for keeping their booths and surrounding area clean.

A problem let me know.

5. THIS IS A BIG ONE: NO ONE WILL TAKE ANOTHER PERSON'S ASSIGNED SPACE.

Any changes must be made through me.

6. Entry Fees pay for the show expenses therefore THERE ARE NO REFUNDS.

7. ONLY SERVICE ANIMALS ARE ALLOWED AT THE SHOWS. Dogs must be kept on a leash.

8. No playing loud music.

9. Each Exhibitor is responsible for obtaining a Resale Permit. Mail a copy of your permit with the

Application. Out of State Artists can get one for free in a matter of minutes from CDTFA.CA.GOV

By signing my name hereto, I agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Lost Sierra Artists and Crafters,

It's Officers, Agents, Employees, Volunteers, Facility Owners or Managers against any and all such claims,

Demands, causes, suits and expenses arising out of or resulting from my use of this facility.
