Rules

I know as artists we are free spirits that don't like rules ....................butttttttttt....here they are:

1. New artists need to send photos of your work, your booth and a short bio.

2. ALL products MUST be handmade by the artists. NO EXCEPTIONS!

3. Artists will staff their booths for the duration of the show. NO EARLY BREAKDOWN!!!!!

4. Artists are responsible for keeping their booths and surrounding area clean. If you see

A problem let me know.

5. THIS IS A BIG ONE: NO ONE WILL TAKE ANOTHER PERSON'S ASSIGNED SPACE.

Any changes must be made through me.

6. Entry Fees pay for the show expenses therefore THERE ARE NO REFUNDS.

7. ONLY SERVICE ANIMALS ARE ALLOWED AT THE SHOWS. They must also be kept

On a leash and cleaned up after.

8. No playing loud music.

9. Each Exhibitor is responsible for obtaining a Resale Permit. Mail a copy of your permit with the

Application. Out of State Artists can get one for free in a matter of minutes from CDTFA.CA.GOV

By signing my name hereto, I agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Lost Sierra Artists and Crafters,

It's Officers, Agents, Employees, Volunteers, Facility Owners or Managers against any and all such claims,

Set will be Friday, August 16th 1:00-6:00 pm and Saturday 7:00 am to 9:45 am

All vehicles must be cleared from the show area and parked in the designated area for show participants by

9:45 Saturday morning. There is NO PARKING ON THE STREET. THIS IS A FIRE LANE!!!

Event hours are Saturday 10:00 am to 5:00 pm and Sunday 10:00 am to 4:00 pm.

Booth Fees are $250 per booth Artists and Crafters (approx 10x10') and $260 per booth for food vendors

No application will be accepted without a check to cover the entry fee as well as the signed

Rules Sheet. Deadline for applications is August 5th however, your category may fill up sooner.
